Terms of service
Effective August 25, 2026
These terms cover use of the Mountain Landscapers estimating portal at quotes.mtnlandscapers.com. Using it means you accept them. If you have a signed agreement or a written contract with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
What this portal is
It is a private tool our staff use to price work and produce estimates, and a place customers can view and respond to an estimate we prepared.
Estimates are estimates
An estimate is our good-faith price for the scope described in it, based on what we understood about the property at the time. It is not a contract until both sides agree to the work. Prices hold until the expiration date shown on the estimate.
Conditions we could not see when we quoted — rock, buried utilities, drainage, access problems, unstable soil — can change what a job costs. If we find something like that we will stop and talk to you before doing work that goes beyond the estimate.
Anything not listed in the estimate is not included in the price.
Accepting an estimate
Typing your name and accepting an estimate records your approval of that scope and price, with the date and time. Scheduling is arranged separately.
Staff accounts
Accounts are issued to Mountain Landscapers personnel for company business. Keep your password and PIN to yourself, do not share your login, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. What you can see in the portal depends on your role, and you should not attempt to reach data outside it.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from your use of this portal is limited to the amount you paid us for the work at issue in the twelve months before the claim.
Our content
The portal, its design, and its pricing logic belong to Mountain Landscapers. Your estimate is yours to keep and share; the tool that produced it is not.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Sevier County, Tennessee. Before filing anything, please call us — nearly everything is easier to fix with a phone call.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: mtnlandscapers@mtnlandscapers.com or (865) 280-4642, Mountain Landscapers, LLC, 3225 Douglas Dam Rd, Kodak, TN 37764.
